City of Rolla is located on Highway 56 in Morton County, Kansas. Morton County
is in the very Southwest corner of the state, bordering Oklahoma and Colorado.
Rolla receives many compliments from travelers on our beautiful park, and
public restroom facilities. Rolla is fortunate to have a tennis court,
basketball court, and heated pool in our park. The Rolla Recreation Commission
oversees the pool, and throughout the years has made many improvements to make
it a great form of recreation for our residents, and people from around the
area. If you are a resident of USD 217 school district the use of the pool is free. We are
also fortunate to have a skating rink in Rolla, which is rare these days. The
skating rink is open September through May, and closes during the summer
months while other forms of recreation are available. We hope you enjoy your
